WHAT IS CBD?

CBD, short for Cannabidiol, is a chemical compound from the cannabis plant. It is a naturally occurring substance. CBD is non psychoactive.

WHAT IS THC?

THC is the abreviation of Tetrahydrocannabinol. It is the chemical in the cannabis plant that is psychoactive and gets you "high".

IS CBD DIFFERENT FROM THC?

CBD and THC are both cannabinoids in the cannabis plant but they are diffrent in many ways. An easy way to think about it is that THC is defined by what cannabis makes you feel while the effects of CBD cannot be felt. The important distinction is that unlike THC, CBD will not intoxicate you.

DO CBD PRODUCTS CONTAIN THC?

Full spectrum CBD products contain trace amounts of THC. Legal CBD products cannot contain more than 0.3% THC.

IS CBD SAFE FOR EVERYONE?

According to the World Health Organization CBD "is generally well tolorated with a good safety profile" but is not for everyone. It is a good idea to consult a physician prior to using CBD.

WHAT CBD DOSAGE SHOULD I TAKE?

Doses vary. CBD products are relatively new. As a result there aren't any evidence based dosing guidelines yet. Most experts suggest to start with small doses and gradually figure out whatv dose is best for you.

WHAT ARE TERPENES?

Terpenes are volitile aroma compounds that are responsible for the flavor and aroma associated with the cannabis plant.
